1.Check-in from 1:00 pm & Check-out until 10:00 am (we offer flexible check-in and check-out options subject to availability).

2.No pets are allowed (not even cute one).

3.Parties are permitted inside our apartments (but the quiet one).

4.Be a good neighbour: Bring down the noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm

5.Unreasonable numbers of guests including any that exceed the maximum permitted .

6.We kindly ask you to not take with you any item from the apartment, including equipment, decor objects, and linens. But feel free to get the snacks and bath items during your stay!

7.Reporting Damage to us. Did something break or went missing during your stay? Accidents happen to all of us and we’re sure we can work things out. Please contact us in case of broken or missing items so we can inform you about the specific fees and procedures.

8. ACE STAYZ do not promote guests harming themselves or others, if they do so then we don’t hold any responsibility for the same.

9.Commercial photography, film, or videography (without expressed written consent) not allowed.

10.Attention: Illegal substances or activity (e.g. involving drugs, Gun, illegal downloads, Pornography production or Prostitution) is forbidden and ACE STAYZ reserves its right to discontinue with the stay or cancel it at its sole discretion.

11.Zero tolerance. Please ensure that you respect all members of staff and your fellow residents. ACE STAYZ is a safe and friendly environment where everybody should be treated with the same level of respect.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Personal belongings and valuables brought into the building are solely the responsibility of the guest. We, therefore, aren’t responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings that are stored inside our apartments and facilities. If after your departure, you believe you forgot something of your belonging inside one of our units, please contact us so we can help you locate it.

13. Keep in mind that non-compliance to these guidelines might result in additional charges or even the cancellation of your booking.

14. Luggage Drop Guidelines:

1.Baggage drop services are not available.

2.Please keep in mind that you are the only one responsible for your personal items. ACE STAYZ can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings and luggage during your stay.

15. Pet Guidelines:

We do not allow pets. Violation of our pet policy results in a fine, plus the cost to deep clean the apartment and/or repair damages must be payed (furniture, or decor) caused by the pet. If a guest arrives with a pet, the Concierge team will inform the guest about our policy and fee. If the guest doesn’t agree to pay the fee, the guest will be reported, and ACE STAYZ reserves its right to discontinue with the stay or cancel it at its sole discretion.
