Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ace Stayz Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide a seamless experience for our guests. However, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Flexible Bookings (Standard Rates)

* Cancellation before 48 hours of check-in: Full refund.
* Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: 50% refund.
* Cancellation on the day of check-in or No-show: No refund.

Non-Refundable Bookings (Discounted & Promotional Rates)

No refunds will be provided for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows for bookings under non-refundable rates.

Group Bookings & Long-Term Stays

* For group bookings (more than 3 rooms) and long-term stays (7+ days), cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in for a full refund.

* If canceled within 7 days of check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

* No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in.

Refund Process

* Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

* The refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

* In case of payment made through a third-party platform (OTA/Travel Agent), guests must contact the respective platform for the refund.

Early Check-Out

* If a guest chooses to check out before the booked departure date, a refund will be provided only if notified 24 hours in advance, subject to the refund policy.

Modification Policy

* Date modifications are allowed once for free, subject to availability.

If the modification results in a higher rate, the guest must pay the difference.

Force Majeure

* No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events unless explicitly stated otherwise.
