01Who We Are

AceStayz ("AceStayz", "we", "us" or "our") operates premium stays under the AceStayz and AceStayz Homes brands, along with property partnership, franchise, lease-and-scale and Kickstart (Build With Aditya) programs, through the website acestayz.com (the "Website").

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It is intended to comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India. By using the Website or submitting your details to us, you agree to the practices described here.

02Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — your name, email address and phone number when you fill in any form on the Website.
  • Partnership and application details — answers you provide on our Franchise, Lease & Invest, Rent Your Property and Kickstart Program forms, such as target city, investment budget or deployable capital, property type, size and status, expected rent or return, timelines, your current profile and how you heard about us.
  • Communications — the content of messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — pages visited, links clicked, referring website, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type and operating system.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see the "Cookies, Analytics & Advertising" section below.

Information handled by third parties

When you book a stay or make a payment, you are taken to a third-party service (see "Third-Party Services" below). Card, UPI and other payment details are entered directly with those providers — AceStayz does not collect or store your payment card details. We may receive booking information (such as guest name, contact details, stay dates and number of guests) from these providers so we can host you.

03How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiries and applications, and to contact you about consultation calls or partnership opportunities.
  • To evaluate whether a property, franchise, lease or Kickstart application is a good fit and assign it to the right member of our team.
  • To manage bookings, check-ins, guest communication and stay-related support.
  • To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Website.
  • To measure the performance of our website and advertising, and to show you relevant AceStayz ads on other platforms.
  • To send you service updates and, where you have agreed, promotional messages — you can opt out at any time.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including guest registration requirements, and to prevent fraud or misuse.

04How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

  • Our team — form submissions are delivered to the AceStayz team by email and recorded in an internal spreadsheet so they can be followed up.
  • Service providers — companies that help us run our business, such as email delivery (Resend), cloud storage and spreadsheets (Google Workspace), website hosting, booking management and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Analytics and advertising partners — Google (via Google Tag Manager) and Meta (via the Meta Pixel) receive usage data collected through cookies, as described below.
  • Property owners and franchise partners — where needed to fulfil your booking or partnership request.
  • Legal reasons — when required by law, court order or government authority, or to protect the rights, property or safety of AceStayz, our guests or others.
  • Business transfers — if AceStayz is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

05Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Website working, understand how visitors use it and measure our marketing. Specifically:

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the Website may not work properly if you do.

06Third-Party Services

The Website links to and embeds services operated by others, including our booking engine (Zotel), Booking.com, Razorpay (payments for the Kickstart Program), Google Maps, YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp. When you use these services, their own privacy policies apply. We encourage you to read them — we are not responsible for how third parties handle your information.

07Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, while we evaluate and follow up on your application or for the duration of a partnership — and for any longer period required by law (such as tax, accounting or guest registration records). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

08Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to lead records. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Your Rights & Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Ask for a summary of the personal information we hold about you and how it is used.
  • Ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to delete your information, or withdraw consent you have previously given.
  • Opt out of promotional emails, calls or WhatsApp messages at any time.
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

To make a request, email us at info@acestayz.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before the withdrawal.

10Children's Privacy

The Website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Website. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised policy.

12Contact & Grievance Officer
